If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. It is the purchaser's responsibility to return the item, suitably packaged to us, undamaged. The purchaser is to pay the return postage.
In the unlikely event that you receive the item damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify it either by refund or replacement. Photographic evidence will normally be required so that we can address it with the courier company concerned.
SHIPPING
We use either Royal Mail or a courier service for all orders. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and they will depend on the total value of goods ordered. We can only deliver to the UK and Ireland, we regret we are unable to ship outside these areas at this time.
Items will usually need to be signed for or a card will be left to explain how delivery can be re-arranged or the parcel collected.
