WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can have confidence that all methods of payment are handled securely. You can pay either by Paypal or by credit/debit card. Alternatively you can contact us to arrange to pay via cheque in exceptional circumstances.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can change or cancel your order right up until we have posted it. Contact us directly as soon as you know you want to make a change. If your order has already been posted, you can return it to us for a refund.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. It is the purchaser's responsibility to return the item, suitably packaged to us, undamaged. The purchaser is to pay the return postage.
In the unlikely event that you receive the item damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify it either by refund or replacement. Photographic evidence will normally be required so that we can address it with the courier company concerned.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 working days. Due to COVID-19 some courier companies are reporting slightly longer delivery times than usual. We are monitoring this but currently deliveries are taking no longer than 5 working days.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE?
Our postage fees are currently calculated by the value of your order as follows:
Up to £14.99 order value - £3.50
£15.00 to £24.99 order value - £5.50
£25.00 to £39.99 order value - £7.50
£40.00 or more - £9.95
We do try to re-use packaging where it is appropriate to do so in order to minimise as far as possible any environmental impact.
All packing peanuts, air pockets and cardboard used are completely biodegradable.
